Osteria Nuvoli

Picked this lovely little gem at random, looked super busy from the outside and seems tiny, but there is a staircase at the back leading you down into a majestic wine cellar The ambiance was wonderful, compared to upstairs which is loud and vibrant, the wine cellar is quiet and romantic. The service was truly one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The waiter explained all the menu and suggested a local wine which was fabulous and even gave us a little extra. When we went to pay we were flabbergasted as the price of the meal was €38!! But this was not the best part, after paying all the bar staff and waiter shared a shot of lemoncello with us. This place is a must.

Fantastic traditional Tuscan food served in a lively, authentic atmosphere. I first came here 12 years ago and loved it—coming back now, it’s still just as great. I hope to return again in another 12 years!

Is a good place to drink wine for a good price, and maybe eat some options of the menu… the porc with potatoes was good, but the pasta al ragu and the appetizers we tried were not so good…

Perfect place for lunch! I stopped here and got seated straight away downstairs as a walk in. The food was delicious, I had the tripe and blackberry tart for dessert. The staff were super nice and helpful.

Great Italian meal experience. Tasty food like it was homemade and a fun experience in the downstairs dining area. The chicken thigh and porchetta were especially good. Clean bathrooms and good service.
