Superb menu of memorable tastes from paper thin slices of a large charcuterie plate, to lamb pasta, to a Slow Food Presidium Ligurian raised steak, to a melt in your mouth chocolate. Plus specialty cocktails. Will return for the excellent food. Service very friendly, yet a tad strained as 1 person was working all the tables and bartending on a Saturday night, but a valiant effort with smiles. Worth a first time and return visit.
Very delicate cuisine, a must-visit in Genoa 🇮🇹 🌟 My Pappardelle ai funghi was refined and full of flavour 🍝. Impeccable service and they nail the details. Beautiful cutlery & elegant china ✨. Bonus: excellent English! 👌
Thea was fabulous! She gave us so many great recommendations from what to order to where to shop and other wonderful restaurants! We will highly recommend this restaurant. The pesto pasta was fantastic!
A hidden gem in the heart of Genoa's old town!! Every aspect of this restaurant hits the mark: attentive waitstaff, charming decor, and a well designed menu with thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Thea and her staff are the embodiment of passion 🙌🏻 10/10, would visit again.
Ladida is a great escape from the endless selection of touristy pasta and seafood restaurants in Genoa. The service was superb and very helpful as our Italian speaking abilities are really bad. The wine selection was pretty good and the bar made a martini exactly as I requested. We ordered the local beef for two (approx 2 kg.) and it was perfectly cooked for us (medium rare, more on the rare side). The included sides were tasty as well. Overall, a great meal and strongly suggest you give this hidden gem a try.
