Great wine, good food and a smile when being served. The restaurant has a wide selection of both local and national wines which will not disappoint. I had the fried chicken and rabbit with zucchini which was fantastic followed by a tiramisu that was very authentic and delicious. I would definitely recommend spending the time to stop here for a meal and some great wine.
We were walking down the street when we saw Roberto, who smiled at us with such warmth that we turned around and walked back to chat, and then we agreed on reserving a table for lunch. We had the truffle tagliolini with fried courgette and a side salad, absolutely delicious, and Roberto surprised us with the fried mushrooms, the special of the day, on the house. Their family-run restaurant has such a genuine atmosphere, we’ll always remember this place with a smile, grazie mille Roberto and Laurie! Highly recommending this place to anyone visiting Lucca, a little gem not to miss 🍝
Lovely little place in the centre of Lucca offering delicious fresh food. Super friendly staff and good service. Tordelli lucchesi, baccala fritters & fiori di zucca were absolutely amazing! Would 100% recommend and come back when in Lucca!
My wife and I were referred to this restaurant by our travel agent for our honeymoon. I'm glad we experienced this restaurant! It is a great cafe sidewalk style restaurant within the walled city. The food and wine were terrific and at a good price. The staff treated us well and the owner Ricardo took great care of us. We highly recommend
Tried the truffle pasta but next time I would try the duck and leak (spouse got this one). Both were fantastic. The staff was very friendly and got our family of five seat right away at a lovely shaded street side table. Decent house wine.
