What a fantastic place! We broke a journey here for lunch en route from Umbria to Switzerland - the restaurant is only a short drive from the Modena North junction on the A1 autostrada, and well worth the effort to seek it out if you’re passing. Despite arriving towards the end of the lunch service opening hours, they were very welcoming and looked after us superbly well. The food is out of this world, really delicious - the good reviews are fully deserved - and the chef came out to make some suggestions of local specialities. All the staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful, even helping us with Italian-english translation. One of our best lunches in Italy!
