Go to place for meat in Modena, we had the beef tartare which was the best we ever had and the 60 dry aged T-Bone, cooked to perfection - they also give you different sauces which are a nice touch
nice food and vine opens little bit late but it’s wroth to wait
This place is nicely located in a historic area of Modena, and can be reached by walking. The food is well prepared and meat is served in very special way, allowing to taste it with sides or also plain if wanted. The wine list is various and wines from almost all the regions in Italy are available The service is kind and qualifies the restaurant as high end.
We had a perfect dinner this evening. We were warmly welcomed and the staff was very friendly and warm to our 12 year son. They gave us very good advice. The starter was perfect (both the carpaccio as the steak tartar). We shared "The Fork" as main course. The meat was prepared perfect and was served warm (and stayed warm). The advised side dish was delicious: beans baked in olive oil together with tomatoes, garlic and basil). We have not seen our son eat that much with such joy in all his live: that says a lot. Desserts and wine were good. Finally the espresso perfect! Again special thanks to the great and friendly staff. One day we will be back! Arrivederci!
One of my favorite places in Modena. The food is fantastic, the service great, and the wine better.
