Oh yes best Mexican food and margaritas we’ve found in Italy! As Californians now living full time in Italy it’s one thing we truly miss and this IS THE PLACE!!!
We are on our honeymoon in Modena for 3 days, we went here on a whim and the food and service was so good we went back the last day we were in Modena. The cocktails are delicious, the service is amazing, and we had some of the best food on our entire trip. I highly recommend.
It was our first time visiting Encuentro, and what a pleasant surprise! We were lucky to find out that this restaurant only opens for lunch on weekends — during the week, they serve dinner only. From the very first bite, everything exceeded my expectations. The nachos with melted cheese and jalapeños were a perfect starter, followed by crispy yet tender fried chicken served with a tasty dipping sauce. The vegetarian burrito was packed with fresh, flavorful veggies, and the beef that came with it was juicy and perfectly cooked. The restaurant itself is bright, clean, and full of personality — the colorful wall art featuring a traditional Mexican skull and parrot adds a fun, vibrant touch. The staff were also very friendly and attentive, making the whole dining experience even better. We truly enjoyed our weekend lunch here — delicious food, warm service, and a lively atmosphere. we'll definitely come back again! 🌮✨
The drinks are okay. Food not good. We ordered the nachos and tostidas and they were stale, not fresh, especially guacamole. Very disappointing
My favorite Mexican food in Modena. Please taste the tequila's party
