Amazing boutique hotel right next to the Fortezza. Sara is a wonderful host. I feel like I made a new friend. The views from our room “Castellana” were beautiful. The bathroom, with a bathtub and separate shower, is the size of a small apartment. Olive oil based beauty amenities were supplied.

We had a non-refundable booking that the hotel kindly cancelled free of charge without any hassle. This shows great customer orientation and very fair service. Thank you – we will be happy to stay here on another occasion.

What a pleasant surprise— found this restaurant basically by luck. Some of the nicest and most innovative food we’ve had on our trip (including Florence and Siena). Enthusiastic and knowledgeable service. Extensive wine collection. Well worth a side trip just to eat there.
