Our server Lorenzo was amazing, he was so kind and welcoming to us. The dishes we had were also amazing! Would definitely give this spot a try

We went to this restaurant because most other places were booked up. I was hoping for the best seeing their deli counter, but unfortunately I ordered a Pici aglione and the entire time got to see the girl behind the counter not put the pasta in a pan once. I did see her use the microwave though. What came out was a Pici pasta with sauce that tasted out of a can. Definitely a place where they are trying to fool tourists - beware

Amazing find on the way to the main Piazza. The waiter Enzo was incredibly friendly and keen to make suggestions based on our needs. One of the best pici pastas we had on our entire trip. It was hand made and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended!

We had such a lovely experience at La Bottega del Vino. We went as a family of five who were all slightly tired and jaded, being drawn in by the lovely manner of one of the members of staff, Lorenzo, and we were so impressed by every aspect of our time there. The lovely staff and incredible food and wine turned our day around. Lorenzo is incredibly knowledgable and professional and has such a lovely and friendly presence. The food was exceptional and the best that we have eaten in our week in Montepulciano - we tried a range of the pastas, desserts, and some of the wines - many of our choices recommended by Lorenzo - and everything was fantastic.

Hamza provides exceptional caring customer service. The pasta is fresh and handmade. The sauces are made with very high quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. The wine list will blow you away with choice. Ask Hamza for a recommendation. The takeaway cocktails are only €5!!! Definitely order a charcuterie board as they are all fresh from their in-house deli.
