Fantastic place to have a nice dinner. Local fresh products become perfect dishes. Not pretentious, but high quality food, carefully seasoned, with a matching excellent wine selection. Warm, welcoming service, beautiful ambience for good conversations.

A truly special place and a special experience. The tasting menu is full of intriguing dishes, especially the (many) appetizers, but may be more food than the average diner wants (much less needs.) The couple who own it (he cooks, she directs the service) treated us like guests in their home. A warm and memorable evening for our family. I just hope not too many people discover this hidden gem, because I'd hate to see it overwhelmed, like so many of Italy's best attractions.

Honestly, one of the best meals we’ve had in years (easily a top 5). We’re “foodies” and frankly find most Google / Trip Advisor suggestions disappointing. Osteria Visconti offers a refreshing reprieve from the usual mediocrity. Mauro and his wife have a wonderful thing happening here. They took great care of us (offering an off menu appetizer sampler) and the mains delighted at every corner. Not a single dish let us down. If you like great food, I have just one word. GO!
