Staj Noodle Bar Chiaia

Super cute aesthetic and after eating pasta and pizza for days all I wanted was warm soup and this Miso ramen was really good!!! Definitely worth checking out

The lunch special is a great deal and large amount of food for 14-18 euros. I had the miso ramen and it was perfect. The pork belly was cooked really well and the broth was amazing.

We had a great time here! The food was fresh, the hospitality welcoming and Staj provided a great change of pace to the usual pizza/pasta fair. Heaps of vegetarian options too! We would recommend the vegan dumplings and the veg noodles with the fried onions!

This Asian restaurant had fantastic food, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere. There were plenty of good vegan options, as well as a great drink selection. I had vegan dumplings, sweet potato fries, mushroom bao buns, and peanut noodles. Everything was very tasty and for a reasonable price.

Dumplings were very good. Boa buns were pretty cool. The bread was soft and very enjoyable. The Ramen was good but wasn't as tasty as I was hoping. But everything was presented very nicely. They offer wine but it's pretty expensive. Was disappointed they didn't offer a cheap house wine.
