We'll definitely be back! A Japanese restaurant that immediately captivates with its elegance and attention to detail. The service is impeccable, friendly, and always attentive, with that typically Japanese delicacy that makes the experience even more enjoyable. The menu offers a modern take on seafood, meat, and sushi. I chose a selection of meat dishes—as you can see in the photos—where each roll offers a perfect balance of flavors and textures: the tenderness of the meat, the crunchiness of the fried onions, the contrast between the sweet and savory flavors of the confit tomatoes, pistachios, and light sauces. Each bite is harmonious, never overpowering, and meticulously crafted in color and presentation. The entrée is also very interesting: a small wafer served as a welcome treat, elegantly introducing the experience. A restaurant that manages to blend aesthetics, flavor, and precision in every detail. Recommended for those who love Japanese cuisine reinterpreted with style and refinement, where every dish truly leaves its mark.

A nice novelty in Parma! I wanted to try this place intrigued by the advertisements around the city..and it was worth it! Parking is quite convenient while the place is really well studied in terms of design... both from the design of the place and the mis en place! The very kind waiter gave us the menus and immediately after they brought us a very nice welcome dish, then we had the various meat sushi and then finished with the small pastry included in the cover charge! Truly everything delicious! We will definitely be back!

Dishes such as the delicate gnocchi, perfectly crispy calamari, and exquisitely prepared veal sweetbreads showcase techniques and flavors I’ve rarely encountered in nearly two decades of dining across Europe. The chef’s training is evident not only in the precision of execution but also in the originality of his vision, which elevates each plate to an art form. The service, too, deserves high praise—attentive, thoughtful, and impeccably executed. This is a dining experience that lingers in memory, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
