Ristorante L' Amo Piacenza

What can I say... I found out about it through friends, a pleasant discovery. I believe there are very few places in Piacenza where you can eat fish this well (actually... none), from fried dishes to first courses, second courses, and even raw fish... each dish is better than the last. The two brothers and their team really know what they're doing... definitely worth a try. Large outdoor summer garden. Superlative value for money.

A rustic place that offers refined elegance. Excellent food, carefully prepared dishes, and impeccable service. We dined in a small room on the second floor of a wonderful farmhouse, pampered yet in an intimate atmosphere. A place I absolutely recommend for special evenings.

Located just outside Piacenza, L'Amo restaurant boasts a beautiful facade with a courtyard in the front and a lovely garden in the back. The setting is refined and meticulously maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, with pleasant background music. The staff was attentive, meticulous, and courteous. The dishes were served with perfect timing, and every question about the menu was answered in detail and expertly. The gnocchi with clams were perfectly creamed with zucchini and clams, all accompanied by the crispiness of the squid ink bread, which further enhanced the flavor and color of the dish. The fried fish (very fresh) was exactly what I wanted, not at all greasy and easily digestible. The oysters were fresh and flavorful, accompanied by rum and lemon. The octopus was incredibly tender, accompanied by flavorful potatoes on a bed of pepper sauce, and then a delicious cod meatball on a bed of eggplant sauce. The value for money is excellent, as is the quality of the ingredients used. Overall, L'Amo offers a high-quality gastronomic experience. I highly recommend it!

Restaurant on the outskirts of Piacenza, nice place with ample parking. Excellent food, very kind staff and attentive to customer needs. Fair quality/price. I recommend it, an experience to repeat. Only complaint we suffered from the heat and mosquitoes ate outside on a very hot evening. Next time we will go in spring/autumn/winter.
