Deb's Lounge

Incredible place - worth planning a trip around visiting this restaurant. Osman made us feel so at home. We came back multiple times during our stay in Italy. Food was top notch, wine pairing suggestions were excellent, truly everything was amazing. Do not miss the risotto with foie gras or the egg!! The hazelnut semifreddo is very special - nothing in Tuscany quite like it.

The food was wonderful; fried egg starter, blue cheese stuffed pasta with a vanilla bean sauce, risotto, dessert was a semifreddo hazelnut thing! …and the star of the show ? Osman our server, his hospitality & advice led us to try these dishes. Highly recommended.

Wow, where to begin. We've been here for almost two weeks, in Rome, Florence and now the country side of Tuscany. I think my entire group would agree that Deb's has been the best meal of our trip. The service was outstanding, Ousmane was a gem and really took care of us from start to finish. The food was delectable, I had the best veal of my life. We will definitely be recommending this spot to anyone who visits the area. Their dining patio has a view alone that would make it worth the trip! But the food will keep you coming back.

Tuscan cuisine prepared with a modern flair. Gracious service and a spectacular setting. The meal started with an inviting amuse bouche and an appetizing selection of breads and bread sticks. Our dishes were visually stunning and featured fresh and delicious ingredients that were expertly prepared. Highly recommend this fine dining experience amidst the breathtaking backdrop of the Val d’Orcia. Located in the small village of Monticchiello, a short and scenic drive from Pienza.

One of our favorite spots of the entire trip. The food, staff, views, & atmosphere-all were top notch. Enjoy a glass of wine and appetizer in the garden with stunning views. We tried several of the dishes and they were all fantastic. Deborah, Paola, & Andrea were so kind and helpful and just so much fun to get to know. We also did a cooking class at Deb’s lounge. Highly recommend!
