Delicious focaccia & good vibes at La Focacceria dei Sani. Had the “Sani version” focaccia and added extra stracchiata, and it was quite a treat. The focaccia bread is excellent — nicely crisp on the outside, soft inside. Adding the extra stracchiata (creamy white cheese) made it even more indulgent without overwhelming the other flavours. The ingredients taste very fresh. The portion is very generous - we couldn’t belofte this was just the “normal” version. Great price quality ratio. Atmosphere is charming: casual and the place has character. Self service only, so queu up! ;)
If you’re a fan of focaccia and panini, this place is a must-try! Everything is fresh, delicious, and made with high-quality ingredients. The menu has lots of different options, so there’s something for everyone. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating, but keep in mind—it’s self-service, so you’ll need to order at the counter. Overall, a great spot for a casual, tasty meal. Definitely worth visiting!
Most delicious Focaccia ever tried! Crispy, intense in flavours, many choices. And of course - cold Italian beer. Was recommended to try Dragone - must try if you like truffles and meat! Cosy terrace outside.
Friendly staff. Excellent food. A large menu but not too long, though it did make it a struggle to choose which sandwich to get (not that that is a bad thing!) Very reasonably priced food and drink. I had the Figa which was excellent. I am going to find time to go back here before I leave Pisa.
Best focaccia I have ever had. 🖤🔥 we wanted to sit and they just opened the interior for us. The dough was crispy, nicely salty on the top. I chose d’Antonio with dried tomatoes and San Francesco with fresh ham. Both were tasty.
