What a cool concept - they do one thing and do it well - massive Fiorentina Steaks sliced table side with a set of appetizers and also side dishes. Friendly service and loved the wine list - organized in a variety of ways.

Bisteccatoscana was the greatest dining experience of my life and we were so fortunate to be able to enjoy it twice while staying in Pistoia. I’ve worked in many restaurants as well as dined at so many around the world and this was by far my favorite meal ever. The friendly staff, the beautiful restaurant and lastly the amazing unforgettable food was just absolutely incredible. I brought my wife and our 3 year old son and were treated like family! He had so much fun interacting with the staff. We can’t wait to go back. Thanks so much for such a wonderful evening…………Mama Mia!!!

If you know about Dario in Panzano, trust me, this is far better! Had the best Bistecca of my life here! Bravo!

This hidden treasure is one of the best restaurant I ever eat. Flavor is amazing. I was just browsing an open place and god took me to a hidden heaven. The owner is a lovely person. One of those places were you don’t have to worry about I want to eat you eat what they serve but men you will be please I don’t have word to explain the flavors moisture and everything that came to place. Can wait to come back Thanks for your great effort.

This was our first visit at this lovely restaurant. I booked about a month before the Valentine Day via. Whatsapp and they responded to my request fairly quick. We received a very warm welcome from the owner upon arrival. He gave us the "classic" tour described by many reviewers. He also presented my wife a beautiful rose for the Valentine Day. We ordered the Valentine Special which I believe is the regular Florentine set dinner but with the special "heart"/Valentine theme (see photo). I also ordered a bottle of Ferrari champaign which was priced very reasonable. We truly enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere of restaurant. They helped us taking our photos, we sat on the Vespa scooter,...all the tourist activities. It was a very memorable evening. Highly recommended and will visit again!
