Ambrosia Rooftop Restaurant & Bar

Very stylish place. Great food. Friendly staff. The views are not quite panoramic, but still impressive. We visited in November, so it was a touch too cold to sit outside, but we had a quick look at the outdoor space and it looked like to would be lovely in the summer. If I had to provide some feedback it would be that the background music was perhaps a touch too loud for out particular preference - but only my the tiniest amount.

We went to Ambrosia Rooftop for pre dinner cocktails. It was a great experience. The ambience of the outdoor area was really great. The service we received was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. We were served by Maurizio - he made our cocktails. It was one of the nicest Martini"s I've ever enjoyed. We could see other cocktails being served which also looked amazing and very impressive. He's an excellent Mixologist! 10/10

On a Tuesday night in Rome, we were looking for another rooftop bar and found this fun and entertaining atmosphere at Ambrosia rooftop bar. Amazing and fun drinks, great pasta, small bites, desserts, and wine! I must try! You will not regret!

Visiting from Texas USA and first off the hotel entrance is beautiful and clean. Then I got to the rooftop restaurant just for a couple drinks and Maurizio asked me what I liked and freestyled me a drink. The atmosphere was nice, beautiful and quiet. So so nice and my drink was good! And get this not overly expensive. I didn’t get food so I can’t comment there but overall so nice and the view of the city from the rooftop. STUNNING! 🤩

Our second trip to Rome.. the food here is to die for. The service was equally as enjoyable. The staff is friendly and helpful.. Not only is it delicious, but it beautiful! The M- Martini is the best.. A tribute to the manager’s mother! He did it right!!!!
