Pancracio Restaurant 1922—what a name! From the very beginning, the experience feels special thanks to its rich history and the unique flavors that set it apart. Dining here is not just about food; it’s about immersing yourself in the story of Pompey’s theater and witnessing the evolution of gastronomy woven into every dish. The portions are a bit smaller than what we’re used to, so if you arrive hungry and enjoy hearty meals, I’d recommend ordering an extra dish or perhaps two starters and two main courses if you’re dining as a couple. A special thanks to Tom, who treated us as if we were VIP guests. His attentiveness and passion for his work made the experience even more memorable. It’s service like his that elevates a great meal into an unforgettable evening.

I truly enjoyed my experience!! Tom offered some incredible food options to help me narrow down my choices. I wanted to try everything!! Service was great, atmosphere was great!! My ONLY complaint was that the couple sitting next to me was chain vaping and the wind was blowing it right towards me. I’ll definitely be back to try some other items on my list, without the smoke!!

I took my husband here for his birthday. We arrived a little early for our reservation, upon arrival they offered us complimentary champagne while we waited for our table to be ready. The restaurant is so beautiful and unique! Our server Vittorio was so kind and funny, excellent service! For dinner I ordered the Ricotta and truffle tortello, it was so flavorful and the best meal I had while in Rome! We ordered the tiramisu for dessert, the best tiramisu we ever had! Before we concluded, they offered us complimentary Limoncello!

Amazing food—especially the mussels—and even better service! Tom was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. He’s not just a great server but also a skilled communicator. His thoughtful approach truly elevated our visit. Highly recommend this place, especially if Tom’s looking after you!
