The owner is the chef and the waiter. He is a delight. The atmosphere is incredible with stone walls, minimal but eclectic decor, vibey candle light, and music. The wine list is extensive and features many wines from the region. There is a limited but amazing selection for dinner. Don’t pass on any of the chef’s “renditions”. The “eggplant parmesan” was a true delight with steamed eggplant and a Parmesan mousse. Everything was handcrafted and handmade. The meal was a piece of art. Don’t skip on desert. The chocolate cake was heavenly and the chef’s version of tiramisu featured another mousse with freeze dried bananas and coffee crumble biscuit. I cannot recommend this hidden gem enough. I’m so glad we stumbled into here and hope you do too!
My favorite meal from an entire week in Italy. Incredible hospitality, innovative takes on Italian classics, and cool vibe. Must go! Felt really personal - our waiter was also the chef and probably the owner. Intimate setting and really unique.
Very nice and cozy restaurant with an inviting ambiance. All dishes are prepared with the most eye for detail and are nothing short of delicious. Stefano, owner and cook, looks after you in the best way possible. Great experience.
This was a top class experience. Enjoy the lake shore for your aperitif perhaps but when you want proper high quality food, excellently presented, head here. The narrow street setting means it’s tucked away from the crowds but well worth finding. I had a beautifully prepared piece of salmon, my wife had the ravioli. Quality over quantity but exquisite taste. I had the chefs own take on tiramisu for dessert and it was a great choice. A couple of glasses of wine during the meal and an espresso to finish. Delightful.
The place is truly exquisite!! I loved everything about it. Let me start that all food was unique and unforgettable, all tastes thoughtfully composed and you feel like in heaven trying them. I also really appreciate the eclectic design in the place - combination of old and modern put together in a way that ( such as the food) everything simply fit. All that combined with a wonderful friendly owner gives you this great feeling. So you’re not going there for the food. You’re going there for an experience. We tried many places around Garda and this is by far the absolute best. Thank you !
