Al Pozzo 8

We have tasted food in several restaurants in Trento (Trentino) but in Al Pozzo 8, we found the food to our taste, so we decided that we would be permanent guests of this place. Me and my husband came to visit Trento and we are glad that we found these wonderful chefs who are very kind and cook wonderfully. Warm greetings to the chefs Sergej, Emiliano, Emir !!! Nearly ordered more than half of the menu, only problem was that all the food was fantastico 🤩 Vibrant energy with good music 🎶

We just arrived randomly to this place after seeing the good reviews on their place, and I must say, it was one of the best restaurants we’ve been in Italy! Amazing food, awesome staff and young atmosphere, and it all came with a great service! Would definitely recommend and come back when we’ll arrive to visit again.

Menu very limited. Meal quality below standards also. 45 min to be served, didn’t bring the drink we’ve ordered, we ask not to put truffles on the meal, and they put truffle on the meal.

Best pasta ever!!! It's a small restaurant with a young, dynamic team offering a short menu (3 primi, 3 secondi) along with a few daily suggestions. The pasta is handmade, and you can truly taste the difference. The spaghetti was divine, perfectly al dente, fresh, and delicious. It’s located a bit outside the historic center, but absolutely worth the detour.
