Al Diciassette - Bistrot al XVII

Came here for late lunch, and it’s such a gem of a find. The owners seemed like such genuine people, and I loved the carbonara that I had 🙂

When you try the carbonara here it becomes obvious why this place has such a high rating. It’s delicious. You are hearing it from a person who doesn’t quite like carbonara in general. I loved this one. Also salad, please take salad with pears. It’s not just a bunch of leaves as in other places, it’s a thoughtful mix of sweet pear and great parmeggiano. Dessert is also great. It seems like their dessert of the day is always a tiramisu and you must take it. Despite the interior it’s a must to visit.

A Delightful Dining Experience! We had such a fantastic time at Al Diciassette. The food was absolutely incredible, and we especially have to highlight the pasta dishes. They were simply perfect – fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Beyond the delicious food, the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Their attentive and friendly service truly made our meal even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to return!

I'm glad we found this place. It's a 'hole in the wall' with a couple of outside tables on a quiet street. The menu only has a few items, but all the better. The food itself is simple, full of flavour, and homely, brought to the table with a smile. Would recommend to anyone.

This place is amazing. If you ever get the chance to go, I highly recommend the Focaccia Bollito Picchiapò. The atmosphere, the service and the food is extremely homely. The price isn’t anywhere near outrageous for the quality you get served. Would highly recommend if you’re in Trento!
