Best meal we ever had. A true experience of flavour. We were asked about allergies and catered to. We chose the wine pairing to take the experience to the next level. Thank you Luca for your attention to detail. You are truly an extraordinary chef.

Pierre Trattoria Sartoriale is one of those places you almost hesitate to write about, simply because you’d rather keep it to yourself. It was so impressive we ended up going twice this week. From the moment we walked in, the chef greeted us at the door, sat us, and then proceeded to do everything. He was the bartender, the chef, the person tidying up, and somehow still incredibly attentive and warm the entire time. I’ve never experienced a restaurant where one person does it all, and does it so well. The restaurant itself is a gem. It was both elegant and cozy. The decor strikes a balance between refinement and comfort with clean lines, warm lighting, and thoughtful touches that make the space feel both special and inviting. Lunch was unforgettable. The salad was exceptional, with a tuna pate so flavorful I nearly licked the plate. I hesitated at first, since many fish dishes in the area can taste overly strong, but his was perfectly balanced and beautiful. The braised beef ravioli that followed may have been the best pasta I’ve ever had. Dessert was a chocolate mousse with figs, the perfect finish to an extraordinary meal. We literally walked out of the restaurant and immediately booked a dinner reservation on his website. Dinner was its own outstanding experience. We chose the six-course tasting menu, which began with a dish that looked like a tiny piece of art. Colorful cubes and delicate leaves were arranged so beautifully I almost didn’t want to touch it. Then the chef poured a broth over it (I was a little sad to see it disappear, haha!) and it transformed into the most incredible soup, the olive oil floating and shimmering on the surface like liquid green gold. Each course was phenomenal, but the standout for me was the vegetarian foie gras, crafted from cashews and mushrooms. It had this playful “peanut butter and jelly” twist. It wasn’t too sweet, just the most incredible, harmonious blend of flavors. Honestly, everything was so good that I’ve already booked us a table for next week. How is this amazing place not a Michelin-star restaurant by now??

They were open on Christmas day and it was a pleasure. The tasting menu was one of the best I've ever tried, especially the mackerel. Even an interesting selection of drinks. I was very impressed and I'm glad I got to eat here during my trip to Treviso.

Price wise it is on the high side for Treviso but reasonable given the overall positive experience. Opted for a 5 course dinner. The best course was the mackerel in pumpkin sauce.

The perfect lunch experience to finish our trip in Italy! The waiter was extremely nice and made the experience great! We took the lunch menu which had surprise plates and they were incredible! Thank you so much!
