Excellent food paired with excellent service at reasonable prices

not only excellent food, but also impeccable service, kind, full of attention and care. Small restaurant with a single man serving and attending to the needs of the guests. exquisite cuisine .. worthy of at least a Michelin star, special creations and an After Eight dessert .. unique ... they made my daughter's day a real celebration. Highly recommend.

What a find! We came for a very late dinner and had such a good experience! Incredible service by two kind and friendly waiters. Wonderful coperto followed by great food and wine! Dessert was tasty! Beautiful space and atmosphere. So happy we found this place! Highly recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal meal. Our waiter Federico was knowledgeable, patient, and very polite. He gave us wonderful suggestions throughout the dinner. The cuttlefish ink pasta was incredible. One of the best meals I have ever had. It was surprising how good food can be when people know what they are doing - if you are traveling through Trieste, Bistro 51 is an absolute must visit.
