Came here based on the reviews and it was incredible. Simple dishes with big flavours, prepared in casual yet efficient little kitchen. We were looking for Trieste street food and definitely found it! Toss up between the douple panna with anchovy or one of the local special items. You will love this place!!

Trapizzino is an exception among today's stereotypes! A very pleasant surprise with fresh, unique, and very tasty products at reasonable prices. The friendly staff, cleanliness, and location make it a place you must try if you are in Trieste!

Very tasty, definitely one of the best attractions in Trieste. And they make food even during the siesta.

Food is very good. I had crochetta favolosa 2 EUR and trapizzino Saltimbocca alla Romana 5 EUR. It was 10pm and there were a lot of people so the staff was overwhelmed, they were running all over the place, trying to satisfy everybody. But still, I could not find a table outside, there were some available inside but nobody was taking my order so I decided to order takeaway. I waited about 15 min to order and other 10 min to get the trapizzino prepared because they ran out of Saltimbocca alla Romana. It took very long to get my order but food was good, I am happy I stayed as a lot of people left because it took too long to place the order. The owner should hire extra staff 😊
