During my stay in Udine, I had the chance to dine at the hotel’s restaurant, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. The moment I walked in, I was impressed by the ambiance – warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The use of natural stone on the walls gives the space an authentic Italian charm, while the creative detail of plates displayed on the ceiling adds a unique and artistic touch that makes the setting truly memorable. It’s a place where you instantly feel relaxed and ready to enjoy good food. The dining experience itself was excellent from start to finish. I began with a vegetable starter, which was beautifully prepared and full of fresh, vibrant flavors – a perfect way to start the meal. For the main course, I ordered ravioli, and it was without a doubt one of the best dishes I’ve had in Italy. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the filling was rich and well-balanced, and every bite showed the quality and care put into the preparation. To end the meal, I enjoyed ice cream for dessert, and it was simply delicious – creamy, refreshing, and the ideal sweet note to finish on. The service throughout was friendly and attentive, adding even more to the overall experience. This restaurant is not just convenient because it’s inside the hotel, but also worth visiting on its own for the quality of food and the beautiful atmosphere. If you’re staying in Udine or just passing through, I would highly recommend trying it. A perfect mix of good taste, local charm, and memorable hospitality!
