We really enjoyed our meal in Venice and so glad that we discovered this wonderful establishment on The Fork and after reading the excellent Google reviews. The very responsive waiter kindly gave us olive oil and balsamic vinegar to enjoy with our bread which made it very enjoyable. The seafood pasta was generous with seafood which we again enjoyed tremendously. We also ordered the veal marsala (sauce was so good! Yum!), grilled vegetables (always a winner in Italy), roast potatoes and mixed cicchetti (must try). We felt bad that as Aussies we don't speak Italian except poorly pronounced 'thank you', but the young waiter valiantly spoke English to us, which we very much appreciated. He made our evening as he was very kind and helpful throughout, even offering us more bread, but we were too full to accept. Thank you very much Bacaretto Cicchetto for helping make our visit to Venice special! We hope to return the next time we're in Venice.

An absolute gem in Venice! We stopped in for a quick bite and were blown away by the flavors. The squid ink dish was incredibly fresh and perfectly seasoned—rich, savory, and unforgettable. The atmosphere is lively and authentic, with friendly staff who make you feel right at home. A must-visit for anyone looking to experience true Venetian cicchetti and outstanding seafood!

I had an amazing meal here and highly recommend this place! I ordered the Venetian-style marinated sardines, squid ink pasta, and fried seafood. The sardines were absolutely delicious—refreshing, tangy, and full of flavor. They were definitely my favorite dish! The squid ink pasta was also rich and tasty, and the fried seafood was super fresh and well-prepared. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the indoor seating was cool and comfortable—perfect after a hot day in Venice. Highly recommend giving it a try!

I highly recommend this restaurant! I randomly chose it on our first day in Venice, and it turned out to be a great decision. The seafood is incredibly fresh, and the flavors are absolutely delicious. The Fritto di Pesce Misto is a must-try. After dining at several other restaurants around Venice, we decided to return to this one before our departure, and we were never disappointed.

Good location. Delicious pizza. Bad cheesecake. Fresh salad. Meh service (we were the only customers at 3pm and two waiters made us wait for 15 minutes to get the desert). Pizza came fast though. Uhm, also ugly flies (I could kill only two)
