Perhaps one of the best places to eat in Venice! The Calamarata Di Pasta was DELICIOUS!!! The lasagne al Forno baccala was… oook. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. This is a great place. It’s my forth time in Venice and I am so glad I found it now. I will be coming every time.
The food was amazing and definitely worth it! The service is okay, though at times they can be a bit rude. The menu has only a few options, but that’s actually nice since it changes every day. There are no appetizers or side dishes, so if you’re really hungry, it might not be the best choice. It’s clearly a family-run restaurant, which we thought was charming. The outdoor tables have a great view during the day. I recommend it!
Absolutely delicious! So amazing we came back for more tonight (and we're only in venice for 2 nights). We had the squid ink pasta and gnocchi with ragu the first night, loved it so much we immediately made a booking for the next day! Had the ravioli with sea bass sauce and macaroni with octopus sauce tonight. It's our second time here and were still blown away. Menu changes every day and service can be slow as it looks like a family run restaurant with only 3 persons. It's worth the wait though.
Delicious! We loved everything we tried. The food is excellent, sitting by the canal is a great location, and staff is friendly. Very glad we got the tiramisu! The service was on the slow side but they were always friendly and running around to keep up as best they can. We didn’t mind sitting there as we had nowhere else to be. We’d come back, it was hard to choose which pasta to get!
Very good cuisine on the grand canal, just in front of the train station. The dishes are very well prepared and tasty, everything is fresh and homemade. The atmosphere is quite familiar and te bill is very honest. I am not giving 5 stars because this restaurant only serves first courses, and I would have expected a bit more choice. However, what I ate was very good, so I would recommend this place!
