Bakarò

Our last night in Italy after two weeks and we were just craving some comfort food. This place was an 8 minute walk from our hotel and fit the bill (burgers and salads). Wife had a chicken ceasar salad and I had the Beautiful Uncle burger. Both were delicious and made from scratch. They have Italian food as well, and everything we saw hitting the tables around us looked fantastic. The staff was very attentive even though they had a large party in the back. Great place, worth stopping by for a meal or a drink.

I didn't come to Venice for the hamburgers, but Bakarò made me think maybe more people should. This restaurant was chic but casual and had a good selection of both food and drinks. We were drawn to the burger menu after eating our way through a number of pizza and pasta places. There are pasta and salad options, as well as others, but the burgers are not too be missed. Ours were cooked medium (a nice touch) and flavorfully dressed. The fries, too, were the perfect mix of crispy outside and soft inside, and the bar provided a well balanced Campari spritz. Rounded out by fast, attentive service and a chic interior, I'd highly recommend Bakarò to anyone wanting a North American style hamburger with a Venetian twist.

Delicious pasta. The ambiance of eating outside and sipping on some wine is unmatched. It’ll get a little noisy, but it’s fun. The staff is really friendly.

Based on the reviews, we tested that restaurant. We were in overall very happy. Service was quick and friendly. Food was very good. One remark: the size of the portion could be a little bit bigger for the price. But anyway, we highly recommend this restaurant.

We visited there with friends. Food there was wonderful. But felt a little bit over priced. I had a smoked burger and was great. Meet was juicy and fresh. Medium rare. If you want well done, you should tell them when you order.
