My favorite bar in whole Venice (and continent) for around 5 years. Paninis are exceptionally good as charcuterie boards. One of the best Selects in town and fantastic choice of natural wines with great bartenders, who always can recommend something according to your taste. Great thank you to one of the coolest bartenders I ever met (sadly I forgot her name, but didn’t forgot she speaks 7 languages): last time you recommended me a salty orange toscana wine and it tastes fantastic❤️
There is a notice outside that they don't do cicchetti. However, what they do serve are platters and big sandwiches with cheeses and cooked meats. My small cheese platter was actually a generous size and my glass of red wine was excellent.
This was one of the best paninis I have ever had. I got the vegan panini (and I’m not strictly vegan or vegetarian) of roasted seitan, beetroot salad, caramelized onions, and artichoke. I ordered at the bar and was lucky to snag a table outside right along the canal. The panini was made fresh to order. The bread was perfectly toasted and so hot and fluffy. Sandwich was really flavorful. I was really impressed. I’m thinking of going back just for that sandwich alone with my few days here in Venice. I grabbed a spritz bianco for my drink for 3.5 euros. Really light on the alcohol, but decent for the price.
Best panini I had in Venice. It was made to order and the meat, the cheese, the veg are fresh sandwiched with a hot tasty bread. It came surprisingly big in portion. With a glass of red wine to complement the meal, my dinner sitting next to the canal was perfect.
Really delicious panini. We created our own which was great and so tasty & fresh. The bread was still slightly warm! The staff were very friendly and helped us decide. Good selection of wines and everything is excellently priced! Nice little seating area around the side by the canal. Would’ve gone back if I had more time in Venice!
