Al Leon d'Oro

We visited this restaurant together one evening in October 2025. It wasn't very crowded, and we got a table right away. The staff were polite and attentive. We ordered beef on a hot plate, rice, crab meat soup, and shaomai dumplings. The food arrived quickly, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The beef was especially good - tender and perfectly seasoned. The total cost, including a large pot of tea, was €40 for two people, which is reasonable for Venezia. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for good Chinese food around.

Me and my wife spent last week in Venice Italy from 10/23-10/27 and being from NY where the italian food is so much better found this asian food treasure and ate there 3-4 times. The family that owns it are truly great people and served great food the best we had from our trip to rome, venice, positano, etc. The duck and noodles with vegetable dishes as well as everything else we had was unbelievable. We ate outside and one of the owners also told one of the people that come up to tourists as we were to leave us alone as well as there are many locals that try to get money and such from you when u try to eat in peace. Very professional and kind hearted people. Our best meals we had from the many places we went to by far. They even help u with tourism advice. This place is exceptional and the family that runs it are humble. Thank u for salvaging our food experience. Dave and Silvany.

We walked past this restaurant on our way back to our hotel, checked out the menu, we both fancied it and gave it a try. I would describe it as one of the best Chinese restaurants I have tried. I love fried rice and I'm hard to please when it comes to it. I had vegetable fried rice. I really enjoyed it. The soups were good too. We also had crispy duck in orange sauce. Also tasty and forgot to take a snap. We sat outside, it was a nice break to sit down away from the busy crowd and watch the people go by while we enjoyed our delicious food. Definitely worth a try. We went back for lunch a day later. Again, we enjoyed our meal. Recommend their hot Chinese appetizer.

Great Chinese food in town! We have ordered many dishes and they are mostly good, even a simple soup, there are good ingredients and meat is tender. Recommended!

Very affordable and delicious food. Staff is super friendly and provide you with the best service. They have sufficient vegan options and all of which are delicious. We ordered soy noodles, vegetable tofu stir fry, vegan dumplings and spicy tofu stir fry and all of the dishes were really tasty. We were also given limonchello and pear drink as complimentary drinks post dinner. Great staff, great food and great service
