We didn’t really like the salmon salad. It’s mostly plain rice with meagre leaves/veg and very little salmon. Maybe an unlucky batch, the place looked incredible!

A hidden gem in the heart of the old city of love in Verona! What an amazing discovery if you look for something different that this city has to offer. Everything is made with love and presence which is the key for this tasteful healthy experience! So many different options to feel, that will make you come again, even if it was not in your plans. Helena who is behind this experience makes you feel welcome with her bright face and helps you make the right choice. Just another reason to be there! She makes everything right in front of you and you can feel the love in what she creates. Looks like art and tastes like art from heaven for your mouth! Looking forward for the next visit.

A little haven of delight on the north east side of old Verona. Take your gut bacteria here for a visit they will sooooo enjoy… no processed , frozen, preserved foods here, just made on the spot sugar free, gluten free, vege if you like or vegan if you want dishes to delight. Standing room only unfortunately and not cheap. But in this place at least you get what you pay for. Enjoy!

Best Açaí Bowl I’ve had in Europe!!!! So so good and such a great consistency for the base. Super cute shop and super friendly staff. Would definitely come back here! Was a little pricy tho I’d have to say :(

A very big selection of vegan and gluten free lunch and breakfast dishes. I had the avocado toast and a raw peanut cake. Both were very special, flavorful and extremely delicious. Also had a lovely chat with the Owner who really cares about a healthy nutrition and good products.
