Osteria Il Bertoldo

It’s always a great experience in this osteria! We came for lunch last year and it was great so we came back for a dinner. The stuff is great, they can give good recommendations and have a nice conversation. The English menu is translated in a funny way so it’s not always the best to understand. But the food is great if you want to try typical cuisine from this region. The wine selection is also good and the prices are fair and typical compared to the restaurants around. In the evening you should probably reserve a table since it’s almost always full.

Excellent spot for an elegant yet unpretentious experience. The food and service is excellent. Everything was delicious and the prices were reasonable given the location. The sea bream tortellini offered a unique flavor. And, of course, the wine selection was great.

We had a pleasant dinner here. The service was very good and friendly. The highlights were the octopus cappuccino, the amarone risotto and the beef cheek. The restaurant was very busy so prior reservation is recommended. The room was a bit hot though, slightly affecting our dining experience.

The experience was lovely. We had two bottles of wines for 5 people and we were satisfied with the portion. The foods were delicious in interesting combo.(such as Octopus cappuccino, we love it) Totally a good place to meet with family or friends even dating!

Really cute restaurant tucked in an alley. Service and food were excellent. Good wine selection. They were very on top of dietary restrictions - even brought me gluten free bread! All the food was so good - felt like good value for money. They even split the pasta for us!
