Kalamata is famous for it's slow roasted pork and this place has the most incredible juicy pork gyros imaginable. It's better than carnitas and has crunchy bits of chicharones to savor with every bite.

My favourite restaurant in Kalamata! Friendly staff, delicious food, and at incredible prices! I still dream about the gourounopoula...

One of the best gyro pittas we tried in Kalamata! The staff was incredibly friendly. Despite a football match playing and a large group of over 15 people at another table, we were served immediately - and always with a smile. I absolutely loved the crispy skin on the gyros. When I asked, they told me they glaze the meat with a mix of olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano as it roasts on the skewer. Highly recommend the gigga pork pitta!

Very good gyros. Meat was crispy, fries too. Large portion. Welcoming staff. Proper Greek fast food experience. Pork gyros plate + drink = 9 EUR = good value.

Best gyro pita in town. The pork is out of this world. Leagues ahead of the other joints we tested. And surprisingly the most affordable… long live O Kritikos!!
