BRISK RESTAURANT "Greek Creative Cuisine"

Simply the best dinner out I've had in years. We stumbled upon Brisk whilst wandering the streets looking at dinner options. We took a punt based on a balance of menu choice, price & the warm welcome - We made the right choice. The service was exceptional all evening, advice & help with both food & wine choices were excellent & the food was simply to die for. I had the beef cheeks & they were amazing, there were 8 of us & everyone enjoyed their respective dishes. We cannot recommend highly enough this restaurant. If you are in Corfu town, it's a must.

Very friendly staff, attentive & gave excellent recommendations. Brisk offers outdoor and indoor sitting with an upstairs area that was comfy, I would recommend a reservation as I did have a wait but it was not long and they will call you when ready. I had the TIROLOUKOYMADES (cheese balls), beef cheeks & chocolate dessert. The cheese balls were not too heavy and had a nice balance of flavors with the sweetness added to it. The beef cheeks were tender and also very flavorful, my only wish is a little more carrot haha but very filling. The chocolate dessert was a nice light dessert, personally I am not a big creme person but everything else with it was very good and not overly sweet.

What a dinner!! Absolute amazing food and service. We ordered the fresh selfmade bread, the variation of 3 cold starters and sweet potatoes as a warm starter. Followed by the papadelle beef cheeks and the gnocchi with mushrooms and truffle. You need to visit this restaurant when you are in corfu. place your reservations early by their website. The restaurant has a high demand and was quickly full booked.

Brisk is an absolute gem in Corfu Old Town! The food is simply amazing, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Every dish we tried was rich in taste and beautifully presented. The service was flawless – attentive, friendly, and professional, making the whole experience even better. Everything about this place felt perfect. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Corfu!

An absolute must. We dropped by early one night to see lots of tables available so went for a drink elsewhere and came back to a packed restaurant. I recommend that you book. We did for the following night but could only get upstairs. That being said the service was impeccable; friendly and attentive. Food and wine superb selection on offer. If there was a criticism it would be more red wine by the glass, but the whites we had we perfect for our fish first course. It's now a favourite on my Google maps, and should we ever be back in Corfu it's top of our list.
