Old Buoy provided us with the best breakfast in Greece, during three and a half week trip! Breakfast options were creative and well executed. I also enjoyed the low alcohol cocktails in the evening.
Great place! We were here twice- first and last Day of our stay in Corfu. The way these guys manage bread is art. I've never had better focaccia (the one with truffle) in my life and please mind that I really restrict gluten in my diet. Well, I've broke my own diet rules and it was worth it đâ¤ď¸ All we've tried here was delicious and fresh. Lovely service and great style.
An absolute gem! The signature cuisine is simply outstanding. The interior design is stylish and incredibly well thought-out, with attention to every little detail. The music selection adds just the right vibe, clearly curated by someone who knows what theyâre doing. In just a couple of years, this place has doubled in size, and itâs easy to see why â itâs become a go-to spot for locals. Menu totally different from the typical Greek tavernas with loads of healthy options â which is rare! Great for breakfast, chill dinners, or just grabbing a drink at the bar. With this level of quality, creativity, and consistency, it wouldnât be surprising to see this place earn a Michelin star soon. Itâs already setting a new standard for dining in Corfu . Much more chances to find parking around than in the old city centre (there impossible to park).
This place not only does outstanding dishes, like the scrambled eggs with truffle foam or the juicy turkey sandwich, but it also takes pride in its coffee offerings. Pleasantly surprised when we had the refreshing Ethiopian yirgacheffe cold brew here. The basque cheesecake also "slaps," as the kids say these days. A world class cafe with a tight, friendly crew that would be right at home in Melbourne or London. Shall be back to try other dishes and get my morning fix while in Corfu.
This place is quite charming, with a relaxed vibe and really good food. We came here for breakfast and had a lovely time. Itâs not very big, but just a heads-upâthereâs additional seating upstairs, which helps. I ordered the poached eggs, and they were delicious đ My only little wish is that theyâd use fresh avocado đĽ instead of the pasteâthen the dish wouldâve been perfect!
