Delicious chicken souvlaki and greek salad. Greek salad had good flavour and fresh incredients from their own garden. Good portion sizes to share and fair prices. 330ml Coca Cola 2.5€ is delightful! Liked the location outside of town. Service was smooth and nice. French fries were little oily and soft but just a small issue.

We went there the first nights and were quite surprised to find this gem. a family ran restaurant with truly AMAZING food, lovely service, and great atmosphere highly recommend the greek salad (i know there a plenty around, but i tried around a dozen and this one is honestly the best), as well as souvlaki THANK YOU guys

We’re currently on vacation in Greece, on the beautiful island of Zakynthos, and had the absolute best Souvlaki at Destaro! Everything was super fresh and homemade. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food came out really fast. The pita and Souvlaki were absolutely delicious – world-class! Great quality and perfect value for money. Highly recommended!

My brother found this place online and we decided to give it a try since we wanted something local. The moment we walked in the family greeted us so kindly! It’s a family owned restaurant with the mother and daughter working the front and her son is the chef. All of the food is made in house and ingredients from the island. Truly an experience and welcomed us with open arms! Food is truly amazing we came for dinner and breakfast! I 10/10 recommend eating here!
