Florentin brunch

The brunch was simply fantastic: generous portions, colorful and full of flavor, made with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. Florentin Brunch is the perfect place to start the day in Amsterdam! The atmosphere is modern, vibrant, and very welcoming, with a relaxed vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer. The menu has a great variety of options, from fresh and healthy dishes to more indulgent plates, and everything we ordered was full of flavor and beautifully served. The coffee was excellent too, which is always a plus for me. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty brunch or something light and refreshing, this place really delivers. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in the city!

Amazing restaurant with amazing food. Staff are friendly and although it’s quite expensive I think you’re definitely getting what you pay for. I had the steak and eggs and was perfect. Only thing was that my partners food came out cold which was quite upsetting. I think when you’re serving eggs, as soon as the dish is cooked it should be served. Not put on a hot plate till the other table dish is ready.

Great food great experience. Highly recommend it. The arepas were very good. The general mixed salads were decent but I would suggest going with something else. Will definitely come back to try some of the other dishes.

Nice place ! An all day brunch place (especially suitable for going after a night out since they serve brunch until closing which at 16:00) with a terrace under the sun, in the middle of de pijp. We ordered ice latte, ice matcha and americano and all were good. They even brought sugar syrup for the ice matcha. And the bread (challah?) was amazing , we all loved it. The food is portioned well and add ons are not even necessary. Our favourite was şakşuka and the florentin benedict, since the tomato-aubergine-potato one tastes burnt (not sure if its because of the sauce or the bread was burnt). Also the service is good ! And It is important to book in advance if you want a seat on the terrace. The only - was that the food comes at quite different times. Overall love it !!
