We stopped by on a Friday night, but they were fully booked, made a reservation for the next night. Ordered: eggplant dip, stuffed eggplant, pita, salad w figs, marinated octopus, pan fried pork. Everything was excellent except pork was a little overcooked. Shrimp at other table looked perfectly grilled. Mixed dip trio and mixed meat platter seemed popular at other tables. Prices are reasonable. Manager and waitstaff are friendly and attentive, even with a full house. But we leisurely ate our dinner. It’s kid friendly, casual. Local wines available.

Truly great food and affordable as well. A small but cozy place, but the food and atmosphere is just perfect to hang with your friends. The pizza bread was amazing and desserts were really good as well. Servers were very friendly. Drink selection was a bit smaller, but still enough to enjoy.

A Wonderful Dining Experience From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff was not only attentive and helpful, but his simply adorable personalities made the whole experience feel memorable. A first-time visitor, I truly appreciated the thoughtful guidance through the menu — the recommendations were spot-on and made choosing much easier. The food arrived quickly and exceeded all expectations. Every dish was packed with flavor, but the standout was definitely the baby squid — an absolute must-try! I can warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful meal paired with top-notch service. A gem worth visiting!

We had dinner there recently and had a great experience. We called fairly last minute, and although the restaurant was full, they kindly managed to set a table aside for us. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout the evening. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes designed for sharing, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We ordered pita, tzatziki, meatballs, pork in a wine and lemon sauce, and lamb chops — and everything was delicious. The flavors were fresh, well-balanced, and authentic. Overall, we had a lovely meal and would definitely recommend the restaurant to others.

3.5/4 We had dinner as a large group (8 people) at Ouzomezes, and it was a great experience. It's a meze restaurant so they only do bite-sized food to be enjoyed along with Ouzo and they don't have any mains. Thw highlights were the stuffed eggplant (papoutsaki), grilled octopus with fava (htapodi sharas me fava), and pork wine sausage (loukaniko krasato). Octopus was cooked really well, it had a pleasant hint of "char" from the grill and I liked the seasoning. My favorite was the sausage though, the seasoning was, again, on point! They serve pita bread warm, brushed with olive oil and I thought it was a nice touch. To finish off, I had the portokalopita with ice cream. I also tried the galaktoboureko. Both were tasty, the orange cake had so much orange flavor in it, almost rivaling my mother's orange cake. But the galaktoboureko had too much phyllo and not enough custard for my taste. Although we were a large group and the place was packed full the staff was really patient with us ordering randomly, all over the place. They were helpful and kind, they even refreshed one person's coffee because her food took a while to come. The place also has a nice atmosphere, very cozy with all the "Greek" decorations, it'd be nice if the plants were real though. I'd really appreciate if they had a better wine menu too, but I'm aware the place is named after "ouzo". Overall, their food is really tasty and you can tell they use good ingredients, and the seasonings are on point. I'd definitely come back to try out rest of their menu.
