Such a fun and cute place! Worth the trip to this unique restaurant. We went at 11 on a Sunday and it was super zen. Lots of seating inside and outside. Good service, friendly. Was a bit disappointed by the presentation of the food (see picture) as the main item looked great and then had a sad handful of plain chips thrown next to it. If you like healthy options and interesting locations, pay them a visit!
Vegan or vegetarian or have a food intolerance? Then this place is for you. They believe in eating a variety of fresh food which is very much reflected in their menu with fun names. The food we ordered was “Mr Parmigiana”, a delicious dish made with tasty aubergine and served with 2 slices of brown crusty bread; margarita pizza with oozy cheese; and “Happy Feet” which is smashed avocado, sprinkled with pomegranate and topped with a gorgeous poached egg. The juice and shakes were freshly made and was so refreshing, which they can tailor to your needs. For dessert I had the “Going nuts over this chocolate cake” and it was absolutely divine. The bistro has a converted church, peaceful vibe which surrounded by greenery, despite being in the middle of a residential area. The service staff is friendly and very forthcoming with dietary request. Although I love my meat, this place serves the most gorgeous vegetarian food which keeps the people with food tolerances in in the forefront.
Very beautiful cafe inside an old church in the Hague! Come here for very tasty vegan food! This time we tried the Parmigiano Di melanzane which was a very tasty aubergine based dish, the vegan burger and the Korean chicken bread with fried noodles! The ambience of the place is really unique and the staff is friendly. I would certainly come back again to try more vegan dishes!!!
A fantastic setting in an old church. A bit chilly as it’s probably very difficult to heat up the place with high ceilings. Delicious vegetarian food options and very attentive staff. The eggplant parmesan was delicious; carrot cake could have been more moist. Main course portions were also somewhat small but the three course meal brought the right balance of flavors and quantity.
They were very nice, allowed my dogs in. Good food. But the kid’s menu is only for kids, sadly.
