Disappointing Food & Poor Service I used to enjoy coming here with the kids and for coffee, but this was the third time in a row I’ve left disappointed. The spicy chicken was so over-marinated that it was inedible — you couldn’t taste the chicken at all. When I mentioned this, the staff- lady - response was dismissive: “I’ll tell the chef,” and then walked away. No apology, no solution. Waiting times were also longer than expected, which only added to the frustration. I don’t expect fine dining from a casual place, but basic quality and respectful service should be standard. Sadly, it feels like they don’t care about customers anymore — and that’s exactly how you lose them. I have to say that latte and cappuccino are nice …

The only downside for me was a limited choice on the menu. But what we’ve chosen was great, as everything else in the restaurant

Nice place with a terrace to grab a tosti or toast in the center of Utrecht. They were packed and the service was still really fast serving us. They serve lunch until 15:30 and by when we got there (15pm on a Sunday) they had already run of some options.

Location is great, a lot of space inside and they make a decent coffee. The terrace is cosy too.

Restaurant in the heart if Utrecht serving various Dutch menus and Italian inspired menus. They have a good selection of drinks ranging from wines, beers and juices. The floor space is wide enough for large crowds and parties. Also, there are calm spots within the restaurant for cozy dinners or even remote work. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Don't forget to try their bitterballen.
