Very cozy restaurant with lovely staff. Relaxed atmosphere and the food is delicious, love the fact it gives you options for spice level. The butter chicken is a must, go for spicy! And the pistachio lamb was also very nice. Cocktails are amazing, we tried the pornstar martini and mango lassi martini. Better than most cocktail bar ones. Will definitely visit again.
If you’re someone who’s hesitant to try Indian food because of the strong spices, look no further — BlendHouse is the perfect place to start! They offer different spice levels that cater to every palate, making Indian cuisine accessible and enjoyable for everyone. I had the 5-course tasting menu and was blown away. Each dish was a modern twist on traditional flavors — creative, beautifully presented, and absolutely divine. The balance of spice, flavor, and innovation made it one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore Indian cuisine in a fresh, modern way. Will be back soon
One of the best places for Indian and Indian fusion food. The fusion food like puri with baba ghanoush and chocolate puri with affogato shots is something we have never tried before, but it was tasty! The chicken in the grilled chicken and butter chicken is tender and dishes are tasty. The lamb chops with pistachio is also very tasty. Not to forget, the cocktails are extremely tasty as well. We tried the Mango Lassi Martini and Chilli guava kiss!
amazing menu left me wanting to try everything, and even more now after having the food! loved the cod rapped in banana leaves, the salmon and the beets rice! service was really good as well, they were all very nice and welcoming. definitely recommend for some indian fusion in utrecht
We absolute enjoyed our dinner here tonight. We forgot to make a reservation but the staff was very helpful with realising a table for us tonight, eventhough it was quite busy. We had the kofte and cilantro as starters and the butter chicken (must try) and chicken biriyani as main with as side of garlic naan. I also tried their cocktail with an Indian twist, the masala chai sour (also a must try). Overall we had a great night and would definetly come again. My tip? Make a reservation beforehand 😅
