Water Tower (WT) Urban Kitchen

Very unique and classy restaurant on top of a tower. The concept involves a 3 course menu, in which you can choose of the 3 options for each round, covering meat, fish or vegetarian. We went there for a birthday celebration and it is also a fine dining experience, thus mind the price. The food pairing and the choice of ingredients are excellent. They also have very good collection of drinks and one if their red wines from france was my favorite. We had a really good time, with equal quality in service with clear explanation of dishes and quick service. Overall, one of the nice fancy dinners I had that holds up the balance of quality to cost. Very early reservation is recommended as it's a very small space and a lot of demand.

Been there for my birthday and staff was really friendly and kind. They prepared a cute birthday note and provided us a really nice table with a great view. Really enjoyed our 5 course dinner. Thanks for the experience!

We ordered 5-course lunch menu, the kitchen was kindly switch one of the dish to accommodate my dietary request. The food quality varies per dish, I personally loved the scallop and halibut, while the portion of the main dish can be a bit bigger. The staff were very nice, but given the level of the restaurant, there are some small details can be improved. E.g. after bread our table were full of crumbs, in some other restaurants, the staff would clean the table in between. The restaurant was bright and with a good view, suitable for a romantic lunch/dinner.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for the quality of food and service. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience!

The chefs made good combinations of ingredients to create delicious dishes. High quality food with fresh ingredients. Staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!
