I had high expectations after seeing the strong reviews, but my experience was below average. The noodle soup base and okonomiyaki stick tasted quite bland and didn’t match the flavor I hoped for. Ordering is done through a kiosk, which is fine, but it took a while before the dishes came out. It was a hot day and I didn’t notice any air conditioning inside, which made waiting less comfortable. Service was polite, but overall the visit didn’t meet the standards I expected.
We had such a lovely time here. The vibe is great, just a small restaurant but very vibrant and welcoming. The food was delicious, honestly the best karaage I've ever had! Staff was so lovely, sweet and welcoming too. I'll definitely be back here. Thanks so much!!
This charming little restaurant truly impressed us. Authentic Asian cuisine, delicious snacks, a cozy dining atmosphere, and warm, friendly service all made for a delightful experience. If you're visiting Utrecht, this is definitely a place you don't want to miss!
I went there with two of my friends. The booking and reservation were done by call. Luckily it was quite easy to get one. However it will be great if they add online reservation. During the visit, they were pretty welcoming, despite our changes in the booking. It is always great to have such flexibility from the restaurant. The moment you walk in, you can see that they have such a cute and cozy feeling from their restaurant. The seating arrangements are made in a way that people can enjoy the food properly while making sure that it wasn’t felt cramp. Talking about the service, the waitress was professional, she knows exactly what the foods are. And she can definitely handle the client politely. 10 out of 10 for the service. The best dish we got at the restaurant was the appetizer. The fried fish that served was out of the world. The meat was fresh. The batter were crispy. I will definitely come back again for the fish, totally recommend it. I tried also the beef noodle. I will say it was close to what I had back in Taiwan. For the Ramen it was also great, worth the visit. Okonomiyaki was made in stick, Karage also top!!!
I had such a great experience at this ramen restaurant! The food was flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. I ordered the ramen with chicken slices, corn, narutomaki, soft-boiled egg, bok choy, and nori – the broth was rich and comforting, and everything was cooked perfectly. It also came with a small side of bean sprouts which added a nice crunchy contrast. We also tried the fried dumplings topped with bonito flakes – crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The dipping sauce paired really well with them, and the shredded cabbage on the side was a refreshing touch. My friend had the stir-fried noodles with beef and kimchi, which looked and tasted amazing – savory and slightly spicy, full of umami. The atmosphere was cozy and warm, with wooden trays and nice details that made the whole dining experience feel special. Service was friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes. Highly recommended!
