Yokoso Restaurant Aker Brygge

Location was very nice. At Aker Brygge, close to the Oslo fjord. The place was huge. Both outside dining area and also inside. But the food was bad. Rice was too moist and good. The spicy chicken popcorn was not very spicy. I rate the food here at max 2.5-3. dont go here for good sushi.

Nice place and good atmosphere. Food was tasty. But the service 😅. We had a new one that’s okey but I saw many table waiting too long to order etc . And just a normal service when you put people down it’s the first sale and ask if we want to start with something to drink but no .

I had one of their spicy soups, and it was amazing. Rich broth, fresh ingredients, and just the right amount of heat. It felt like real comfort food, but still light and fresh. The service was friendly and attentive, and the interior has a clean, stylish look without feeling too formal. Perfect spot for a warm lunch or casual dinner. Definitely a place I’ll return to when craving something flavorful and satisfying!

We had an incredible dinner at Yokoso Restaurant in Aker Brygge Oslo - Norway! The food was absolutely amazing — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The ambiance was perfect too — stylish yet cozy, with just the right vibe for a relaxed evening out. A special shout-out to Mona, our server, who truly elevated our experience. She was so helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu and helping us pick the perfect dishes. Her warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. Highly recommend Yokoso for anyone looking for a delicious Japanese meal with top-notch service in a great location!

Wonderful time ten course option with wine pairing was wonderful. Fantastic time atmosphere and all. 11/10 experience would recommend. Service was 12/10 Mona the waitress did a fantastic job and provided a wonderful experience (Even sang happy birthday to my girlfriend) (mona deserves a raise) the view is also very pretty, you could sew the sunset from the seats inside. The food tasted very good but also the drinks, the atmosphere was really nice, with the lightning and music in the background. Definitely a great recommendation☺️
