Sze Chuan House

Very nice real Sichuan flavor. Big portion. It is a very small a bit old restaurant but good value for the food and it was delicious. This is in the old city and parking is a bit far. There is no near by parking. Toilet is in the basement and steep stair.

Absolutely loved this place! A cosy Cantonese restaurant in Bergen run by a lovely couple. The food came out really quickly, and everything we ordered was genuinely delicious - full of authentic Cantonese flavours. What impressed us most was the value: we spent only 1100 NOK for 4 people, and the portions were huge. We all left feeling very full and satisfied. For Bergen, the prices are incredibly affordable. Tip: ask for the Chinese menu if you’re after more traditional Cantonese or Szechuan-style dishes - it’s worth it. Highly recommend this gem if you’re craving good Chinese food!

Small, quaint restaurant. Food was very good, large portions. Came out quickly and hot. Recommend #55 & 56, prawns and scallops with shellfish sauce and prawns with chili sauce. Other people in our party ordered the deep fried duck, sesame fried prawns and sweet and sour sauce which they said was very delicious. A short walk from the Clarion hotel in downtown Bergen.

Great food, quick service and hospitality

We ordered 3 types of dishes 11, 23 and 27. It served really quick. Among the the 3 dishes only one dish that taste pretty good # 23. They served cola without acid/ bubbles, taste old and unpleasant.
