Food was fantastic! I started with the tuna tartare—personally, I’d love a squeeze of lime and a touch more tomato, but that’s just me. Still, it was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The sea bass was perfection—the skin crisped to an art form, and the orzo was seasoned just right. Every bite hit the mark.

Great food and vibe. One of the most memorable restaurants / bars i tried in Greece. Sea bass is a must have. The skin is cooked just right to the golden crisp.

Excellent place! Beautiful decor! In case they start accepting Amex I will be back next year. This was the only thing that I didn’t like. Just kidding guys. Thanks for the wonderful service and please include Amex as a payment option. 🍀🙌

Our first visit was awesome with Stefan! Upon our second visit, the restaurant was mysteriously not serving any food during lunch time which was unfortunate. Also, Stefan was the biggest reason we went back and he was also no longer there. His cocktails were the absolute best.

Two days in Athens and we have had three meals at VIBO. Consistently good food, consistently happy and kind servers, great breakfast and dinner. My kids ate all their food (rare) my wife loved the drinks (i did too) and we left feeling taken care of. In the midst of a busy city it is a wonderful place to slow down and enjoy a meal. As a business owner seeing the employees smile when they are talking to one another and seem happy at work makes me want to spend my time here.
