The restaurant looked really great inside — very nice atmosphere. The waiter or waitress (I’m not sure which) was very friendly and the service was fast. I ordered the strawberry salad, but it was quite sour and only had a few pieces of strawberries, so I didn’t really like it. We also had calamari, which was fine. The salad portion was big, though. Next time, I’ll probably try the pasta instead.
An exceptional Italian dining experience on the Athens Riviera! Alpino restaurant offers outstanding cuisine, impeccable service, and a stylish, contemporary atmosphere. The music sets the perfect jazz and latin-jazz mood, and every detail—from the decor to the service—enhances the experience. With its stunning sea-front location and unbeatable value for money, it’s easily the best Italian spot in the area. Highly recommended!
I wouldn't recommend the thin pizza, as its sharp edges take away from the overall taste. A regular one would be perfect instead. On the other hand, the tiramisu is by far the best I’ve ever had – highly recommended!
Tradition and elegance We know how proud Italians are of their culinary culture, made of simplicity, refinement, and a balance of flavors that must always be a harmonious symphony ready to surprise and delight the palate and the soul. It's difficult to find a restaurant, especially abroad, that knows how to embrace the wisdom of this ancient tradition. Last night I had the pleasure of finding all these elements at Alpino Piraeus, which brought me back home. Immersed in a simple and elegant atmosphere, immersed in a background of great classics and Papik's reinterpretations. Five well-deserved stars.
Good service is hard to come by. Thankfully, Alpino has mastered the art of taking care of guests. It was a refreshing change of pace to go to dinner and feel like we were properly taken care of. If I had one criticism; cream doesn’t belong in a carbonara! Aside from this, the food was excellent.
