Pretty average, wouldn’t return. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic. We tried it with a finebite and had beef tartar and shrimp for appetizers, then duck, sea bass, and steak for mains. And two desserts. The tartar was presented on bread, which was weird. The shrimps were very tasty, the sauce could have been thicker to scoop better. The duck was pretty good, the sea bass was pretty good, but the steak wasn’t. A rare tenderloin was ordered, a medium-well came out. We didn’t make a big deal out of it, just mentioned it. To their credit, they gave us one extra dessert. The desserts were very good. The waitress was amazing. 5/5. Vibes inside are cool. But we can cook pretty well ourselves, so we won’t be returning.

After having a fantastic dinner and amazing cocktails at Shadow on our first night in Krakow, I came back tonight for the Sunday Roast and I could not have been happier! Both meals were the best meals I had in Krakow. The staff are super friendly (thank you Yana and Valerie) and the bartender makes amazing cocktails! The food is truly amazing (the New York Strip is phenomenal) and again, the staff is super kind! They really make you feel welcome and provide exceptional service. Shadow is a must try restaurant in Krakow, don’t waste your time on tourist traps in Old Town!

My husband and I had a romantic dinner at your restaurant. The food was very tasty with a beautiful presentation, it is clear that it is prepared with love. The next morning we returned for breakfast, and we were greeted with joy, it was a pleasure for us. Thank you to the owners of Shadow, as you can immediately feel that they live this business and put their heart into every detail. Thank you to the entire team for their hospitality, attention and service. Until next time. Krakow greeted us with warmth and this will remain in our hearts.

On holiday from the UK and we came in search of a traditional roast beef dinner….found this gorgeous restaurant and it certainly didn’t disappoint! The atmosphere / decor was classy and lovely, and the food was incredible. Clean plates all round. Thank you very much, Donna & Emlyn, Bala, North Wales ☺️

The Sunday Roast was very tasty. The cheesecake is really different but surprisingly good. The service is excellent. To me it means a lot when you turn your head and the waitress realises you need them. I really recommend this place.
