The food was delicious with the road view in case you want to seat outside. The food was good and service was excellent. The server wears the local dressing. It makes the restaurant look more authentic. They also serve dumplings with different stuffing in the same plate but you have to take minimum of 8 quantity. If you want a nice experience this place is great for polish cuisine.
This place has fantastic food. Homely, hearty and delicious! The staff are absolutely lovely too. Very welcoming and helpful. Don't hesitate to eat here!
Food was very good. It did take almost an hour to get food because it was busy and they ran out of the perogie we ordered by 1830hr. Our server Julia was very good and spoke English and Polish. There is 10 percent added to each bill.
We came here based on the many positive reviews (4.7 on Google Maps) but were quite disappointed. We tried their famous pierogi with meat, mushrooms, and cabbage, but they were below average – the dough was completely flavorless, the meat had almost no taste, and the fillings were very bland overall. The potato dish was also underwhelming. On the bright side, the service from our waitress was excellent, and the place itself has a nice, inviting atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food just didn’t live up to the hype.
The first thing we did after checking in to our hotel was to go get pierogi at Gościniec. I ordered 4 different fried pierogi and they were all delicious . Went well with the orange lemonade. We sat outside and enjoyed the view of the action on the street and the passers-by. Staff was friendly and attentive. Price were good , even for tourists. We will come again.
