This place has become my mandatory stop when I visit Wrocław. I went to this restaurant two years ago and we were served by old grandpa which I thought was super cool to empower retired guys. I visit wroclaw again, went here with my friend to expect the same cause she found it interesting, but we were served by a nice young beautiful lady instead. I wonder if they have changed the concept forever. 🥟 we ordered classic pierogi with cream sauce, gnocchi and potato pancake both with mushrooms sauce. Everything was delicious even though they are vegetarian and each comes with vegetable salad. I love the texture of the gnocchi which is very soft and love their sauce, perfectly seasoned. However, it would be a bit too heavy if you have more than one dish with their creamy texture sauce. It was amazing at first but a bit overwhelmed if eaten too much. 🪑Cozy seating both indoor and outdoor. In summer, I prefer outdoor where you also can enjoy the view without so many people passing by. Overall, recommended for authentic Polish cuisine.
This is exactly what I was looking forward to with vegan Polish food — the pierogi were incredibly good, and the mushroom sauce was full of flavor. Highly recommended!
Amazing is the fact that you get to experience vegan take on Polish cuisine without sacrificing any of its uniqueness and originality. The owner is a charming fella who wants to make sure everyone visiting is satisfied and had a good time and great food. I wish more places like this existed in WRO and I hope that the will soon. Highly recommend. Try the kompot!
Enjoyed this restaurant so much I went two nights in a row. The service was wonderful and the food was great! I tried the pierogis, pickled cucumber soup, Gulasz a’la Strogonow Wege Mamy and the Vegan Pork Chop. Enjoyed everything.
Lovely cozy vibe, friendly staff, all vegetarian and vegan food. The mushroom sauce is excellent! I was recommended pod przykrywka by a local tour guide who described it as a place to get authentic polish food, but veggie friendly.
