Amazing dinner experience on our first night in Lisbon. Charming interior without being stuffy. Had a seat facing the kitchen which was very enlightening! The chef came out several times to explain the dishes and philosophy of cooking. Each dish was highly thought out and delicious. It was a wonderful dinner. We can’t wait to come again when we are back in Lisbon.

A highly refined menu expertly prepared. Flavor and presentation were infinitely close to perfection. The iberico pork, in particular, was the best iberico pork I had ever had. Service was first class, and atmosphere was luxurious yet relaxed. The local wine pairing was superb, and gave us a taste of what Portuguese wine had to offer. All in all in line with what one expects at a Michelin one star restaurant. If I were to be picky, however, like so many Michelin starred restaurants, the food was a bit too safe. I feel that the Michelin star system discourages creativity, which is a pity for chefs of this caliber.

Excellent restaurant! Very well located, next to the Four Seasons Hotel in Lisbon. The tasting menu is delicious, and I opted for the wine pairing with excellent options and extremely attentive service from the winemaker. Chef Rodolfo Lavrador was at the restaurant, came to the table to serve one of the dishes and then invited me to see the kitchen. Both he and the entire staff were extremely efficient and friendly!

We were excited to be dining at CURA. We were disappointed that the Chef was off that evening but I am sure he deserved the time off. He must have trained his team well as everything was on point. We have been to many Michelin star restaurants. CURA surely deserves their star and maybe another one! Staff was kind and attentive. The chef came to the table to aid in presentation more than once and nearly every seat was filled!

Everything was absolutely delicious! A wonderful discovery: a Michelin-starred restaurant that truly deserves its star. The dishes were both exquisite in taste and beautifully presented. The flavor pairings were particularly interesting, especially around the fish. Service was impeccable, with the waiters always smiling and very kind. An outstanding experience during our weekend in Lisbon. We highly recommend it without hesitation!
